Managing Director Peter Butler has been working in the design industry for over 20 years, starting in a newspaper design studio, and then spending 8 years with a very successful design consultants. In 2003 he set up his own company - Peter Butler Design & Illustration, and since then has enjoyed growing success - expanding into new fields such as 3D design for TV ads. In 2007, the company changed it's name to Stepjump Design, acting as the design resource to sister company Stepjump Marketing.
